Trained and qualified professionals conduct stringent quality checks at every stage of production – right form the procurement of raw material to products have no match in the market.

INFRASTRUCTURE:

We, ACE CRAFTIQUE, situated in main Industrial Area (BASNI) of Jodhpur, which are 5 kms from Railway Station and Airport both. We are governed by and conform to the norms laid out by the Factories Act of 1948.

We have 40.000 sq. ft. dedicated to production; finishing and storage with sufficient power load and power back up. The strength of an organization lies in its people. We ensure that our internal processing of hiring, retention and re-training are amongst the best in the industry; each person hired goes through a number of interviews & practical tests during which we access competence, attitude and cultural fit. Today we have over 125 skilled workers and 10 professionals to ensure smooth management of our process.

PLANT & PROCESS:

Chemical Treatment:

The raw wood we are giving a treatment in our high pressure chemical tank. In this process, we are treating the wood with boric acid in order to ensure that no insects or worms are in our wood.

Seasoning:

After chemical treatment, we are seasoning our wood in seasoning kilns (capacity 5000 cft). Our quality parameters for the final product as far as the drying processes concerned are a moisture level between 8 and 12%. This is to ensure least working of the wood after finishing.

Machining:

After seasoning, we let the wood rest for at least 5 days in order to ensure that there is on expansion or contraction anymore as a result of the seasoning.

After this we start planning, cutting, molding and sawing the wood to the right format on our machine park of Indian and European machines.

Assembling:

After we have reached the right format of the wood it is going to our assembly department for joining. For joining, we are only using imported German KLEBIET adhesives in order to ensure the perfect connections.

When necessary (in case of moldings) the semi final product is going back to the machine department for moldings and profiles.

Sanding:

After completion of the raw furniture, we are sending it to our sanding department. For the sending, we are using pneumatic hand sanders as well as wide belt sanding machine.

Finishing:

After sanding, we finish our product in our dust free finishing material like, stain, sealer, lacquer, wax etc. and also using Air spray guns.

LABOUR & FACILITIES:

Our production facility is located in main industrial area (BASNI) of Jodhpur, India. Our company has sufficient space of more than 40,000 sq. ft. area for production, sanding, finishing and packaging. We employ approximately more than 125. skilled workers to look after the various activities of production.

We also have our own seasoning plants with a kiln capacity of 5000 cft in our different factory which is also located in Jodhpur, India.

We have full setup of machines, tools, hand tool of Indian and European to get perfect quality products.

For our sanding and finishing, we are using pneumatic sanders, wide belt sanding machines, air mix guns and also very high quality finishing material.

In order to ensure clear communication, up to date designs and drawings, we have separate design department with CAD experts.

PROTECTION OF CHILD LABOUR:

ACE CRAFTIQUE does not employ anyone below the age of 18 years, Thus confirming to the rules protecting child labour.

ECOLOGICAL BALANCE:

ACE CRAFTIQUE receives its entire wood supply from Government licensed forest depots which work in accordance with the principles of sustained yield management that ensure environmental stability.

SHIPPING PORTS:

Our delivery terms can be any as per customers demand. Our main delivery term is free on board from the North-Western Indian ports such as Mumbai, Pipava, Nhava Sheva, and Mundra.

PACKAGING:

We take extreme care in the way we package our products. Before we decide what material to use, for each product, we consult our technical advisers on how best to protect a piece taking into consideration its architecture and its relative weight.

Most pieces are carefully wrapped in super media paper, foam, and given edges protection and than carefully placed in corrugated boxes.

SHIPPING & DOCUMENTATION:

All our containers are fumigated and carefully loaded by our own staff that ensures proper handling of cargo. Over the years our shipping personnel have become adept making optimal space utilization of containers.

Our shipping department track the container from the time of dispatch to when it is delivered to the customer to ensure timely delivery of the cargo.

As per the Central Customs & Excise norms all our containers are sealed on our factory premises which cut down multiple handling of cargo thereby reducing the chances of damage during transit.

MINIMUM ORDER:

We are accepting order of at least 20’ container with minimum of 10 pieces of each reference.

PRICES:

Always less when compared with the quality of our goods.

LEED TIME:

After getting confirmation of order, we need 45-50 working days to stuff 40’HC container at Jodhpur Dry Port.

CAPACITY:

The total capacity of our company is 18x40ft. Containers a month. Our current spare capacity is 10x40ft. Containers a month.

PAYMENT TERMS:

50% advance of Total value of order at the time of placing order with us and rest 50% when container stuffed here at Jodhpur Dry Port. (**apply for only container order.)

FURNITURE CARE TIPS AND INSTRUCTIONS:

• We recommend that the furniture be dusted regularly with a clean soft cloth that is free of any hard material that can scratch the furniture.

• Services of a professional are recommended for any polishing when required.

• Although our products carry a finish that is not affected by placing a hot/cold serving pot, it is highly recommended that such direct contacts with the surface be avoided as they may leave occasional marks on the furniture.

• Professional assistance is ways recommended for the removal of any scratches and dents.

• Our furniture shall not be exposed to direct sunlight even though they are made such that they can bear exposure to the sunlight for short period of time.

• Extreme variations in temperature may affect the furniture.
